After getting this phone wet 4 times (twice severely), I'm having to retire it b/c the charger plug-in wore out.... but, thanks to God and a really helpful Verizon employee, I'm getting it replaced with a brand new one for FREE! Yahoo! I'm excited.
I was reading some reviews on the Motorola Hint. I would personally recommend this phone, however, my mom and dad loath it b/c of the small buttons on the keypad. If you're constantly adding to your address book, texting(which I'm not), emailing, etc, it's really handy having the qwerty keypad. It's also a great teenager's phone for the audio and video accessibility.
